The University of Warsaw Community to Commemorate the 82nd Anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising

The University of Warsaw community warmly invites you to take part in the ceremony commemorating the 82nd anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising.

As every year, on 1 August, we will pay tribute to the soldiers of the “Krybar” Battle Group, who lost their lives fighting for the University of Warsaw during the Warsaw Uprising.

The ceremony will begin on 1 August 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Main Gate of the University of Warsaw (26/28 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street).

We warmly encourage the Faculty of Management community to join us in honoring the heroes of the Warsaw Uprising.
