A Non-Standard Course Credit in Internet Marketing Classes

Sometimes, completing a course project takes a non-traditional form – and that was exactly the case during the Internet Marketing classes. In collaboration with the Promotion Section of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, students worked on a unique course assignment. Applying best practices discussed in class, students were tasked with developing proposals for the 2025 recruitment campaign for the Faculty of Management. A total of 12 project submissions were received. Over the course of more than two weeks, the teams worked on segmentation, market analysis, creative concepts, and finally, media planning. The results were exceptional – a mix of competition, collaboration, and inspiration brought plenty of excitement. There were three award categories: These categories helped determine the winners and recognize all students for their professional approach to the task. Awards were presented by Vice-Dean Prof. Monika Skorek, PhD, DSc, and Monika Magdziarz, Head of the Promotion Section. Congratulations to all students! Thank you for your involvement in a project that allowed our Faculty of Management community to see your creativity and ideas. We wish you continued success and the best of luck on your development journey! The Promotion Section Team & Edyta Barmentloo

Support for Students at the University of Warsaw

Dear All, please take care of yourselves and your mental health. It is understandable if you are in shock—try to limit your exposure to news reports, and especially avoid watching or sharing videos circulating online. Some content can be emotionally overwhelming. Above all, prioritize your well-being. When discussing this tragedy, please refrain from blaming individuals who recorded yesterday’s attack. Some of them were documenting it to secure evidence. Most likely, none of them realized the brutality of the incident they were witnessing. I am organizing an additional support session for anyone who would like to talk or who does not want to be alone. The session will be held online on Friday, May 9, 2025, starting at 10:30 a.m.: Zoom link:https://uw-edu-pl.zoom.us/j/91551315863?pwd=70xmlaemfbOc47bb7Jy3nXJyqeUAUI.1 Meeting ID: 915 5131 5863Access code: 113964 Please confirm your participation by email.
