Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Council of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw adopted in April 2013 the “Principles of Ensuring the Quality of Education”. In doing so, we established the foundations of the faculty’s quality assurance system. The developed procedures will enable us to deliver teaching content in a manner that better meets the expectations of students and employers. They will contribute to further enhancing the competitiveness of the Faculty of Management in the Polish and international market of educational services. Moreover, they will solidify our operating standards in line with the best international practices.

The Faculty of Management is the first unit of the University of Warsaw to respond to the requirements of the amended Higher Education Act and the initiative of the UW Rector. Our response goes beyond the recommendations of the law and the recommendations of the University’s Bureau for Quality of Education, which focus on the control of educational processes. We have created a coherent system that also allows for better organization of daily work and its continuous improvement. The implementation of this system is a milestone on the way to obtaining international accreditations for the Faculty of Management and joining the ranks of the world’s best management faculties.e.

I believe that achieving prestigious international accreditations such as AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS will bring many benefits to our University Business School, including even higher quality of education, increased reputation, international recognition, and access to funding sources.
