The aim of this program is to solidify and broaden knowledge and skills in efficient management within a market economy. Through an effective program designed to prepare for building and implementing winning strategies, we offer our graduates knowledge in financial management, law, human resource management, and strategic management.

A professional team of practitioners and academic staff from the University of Warsaw conduct classes using modern managerial training methods, such as simulations, decision-making games, and other engaging techniques. As part of the program, you will also familiarize yourself with networking concepts, finance, marketing, and PR.

Upon completion, you will receive a postgraduate certificate, ensuring a robust knowledge base that opens up opportunities in the job market with a competitive edge.

Our graduates, equipped with knowledge regarding the critical determinants of organizational management processes, are enriched with best practices based on specific experiences of companies and their managers. They can independently identify key success factors for organizations and potential areas for organizational changes. The workshop skills acquired during the studies are also highly valuable in the entrepreneurial process – creating and developing their own businesses.

Tuition Fees for the academic year 2023/24:

• Single payment for the entire program – 7000 PLN
• Payment in two installments: 3,700 PLN per semester x 2
• Possible installment payment over eight installments (details available)

Information for individuals whose fees are covered by their employer:

• Invoices will only be issued after payment.
• As per the signed agreement, after receiving payment for the studies, the University will issue an invoice in the name of the Participant, indicating the Employer as the payer.
• Account number for payments made by the employer is available in the tripartite agreement.
• For individual payments: an individual account number is generated after the student’s enrollment in the University Study Service System (USOS).
