Using the “wz-hotspot” network

The wz-hotspot WiFi network is available only to students and staff of the Faculty of Management who have an account on the UW Faculty of Management network. The network is available throughout the entire UW Faculty of Management campus. To connect, please:

  • From the wireless networks available in your area, select the network: wz-hotspot and enter the security password: wz-hotspot
  • Once connected, a window will appear allowing you to enter your network login details. On the login page, enter your WZ network username and password – these are the same details used to log in to computers at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management. Students enter their student ID number in the “User” field, while employees provide their login (most often, the first letter of their first name and last name (not separated by any characters, e.g., “jkowalski”).

Additional notes:

  • If the login window does not appear after connecting, launch your web browser and open the address https://wz-hotspot.wz.uw.edu.pl
  • The account must be fully activated and the password must not be expired.
  • The network can be used on a maximum of two devices at the same time.
