Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 4 (GETM4) is an international, interdisciplinary research and innovation project funded by the EU Horizon Europe program and the Ministry of Education of South Korea, with a total budget of €1.5 million over four years. GETM4 builds upon and expands the GETM3 project (H2020-MSCA-RISE, decision no. 734824), which was implemented between 2017 and 2022 under the Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (Horizon 2020) program.

It also received co-funding from the state budget by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as part of the “Projekty Międzynarodowe Współfinansowane” program for the task “Zarządzanie przedsiębiorczymi talentami w ujęciu globalnym – GETM4”. The funding for the task amounted to PLN 695,973, while its total value was PLN 1,548,132. The agreement was signed on September 25, 2024.
A key component of GETM4 is more than 300 funded research internships, linking the project with 11 universities in nine countries, as well as close collaboration with business representatives, and the use of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

In this way:

  • GETM4 aims to identify the role of entrepreneurial talents in solving complex social problems and leveraging opportunities arising from disruptions;
  • It promotes talent development for digital entrepreneurship based on responsible innovations that support health, well-being, and sustainable development;
  • Aligned with the EU Recovery Plan to build NextGenerationEU, GETM4 supports entrepreneurship as a driving force for economic growth and a factor enhancing societal well-being;
