The most important changes:

  1. Students whose summer semester 2023/24 is the last semester of their first-cycle studies are NOT eligible to participate in the qualification (point 2);
  2. possibility of awarding a scholarship for a maximum of 5 months, also for annual mobility (point 22);
  3. changing the assignment of countries to scholarship groups (point 32);
  4. introduction of a lump sum for travel costs regardless of the choice of means of transport (points 36, 37, 38).
