On May 7, a lecture entitled “Organizational culture – The secret of the success of Toyota Motor Corporation” was held at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, delivered by Dr. Jacek Pawlak, President of Toyota Central Europe.

During the meeting, topics such as the history of the company and its method of operation, which resulted in success that continues to this day, were discussed.

After the speech of the President of Toyota Central Europe, it was time for students to ask questions about the issues that intrigued them.
