Recruitment Schedule for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Registration in the IRK system: June 5, 2025 – July 9, 2025
Payment of the application fee: June 5, 2025 – July 10, 2025
Entrance examination: July 16, 2025 (remote exam on the Kampus-Rekrutacja platform)
Announcement of results: July 22, 2025
Submission of documents by qualified candidates: July 23–25, 2025; in case of shifts on the waiting list, subsequent two-day deadlines will be posted on the candidate’s individual IRK account.

If the quota is not filled in the first recruitment round, the second recruitment round will be launched. Registration for the second round will begin on August 19, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements for Applicants with a Polish Diploma

Qualifying Threshold: 25 points.

Applicants eligible for admission to the first year of the second-cycle (master’s) studies must hold a bachelor’s, master’s, engineer’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.

Candidates will be required to take a written entrance examination in the form of a single-choice test covering topics in economics, accounting, and finance.

The maximum number of points available on the examination is 50.

Eligibility Requirements for Applicants with a Foreign Diploma

The same admission criteria apply as for candidates holding a degree obtained in Poland.

Assessment of Candidates’ Competence to Study in Polish

Language proficiency of applicants with foreign degrees who do not possess a University of Warsaw-recognized certificate confirming proficiency in the Polish language (in accordance with the general requirements specified in the admission resolution) is assessed during the examination referred to in Section 1(a).

This proficiency is subject to a separate evaluation.

The maximum number of points available for the language proficiency assessment is 5.

The minimum number of points required to recognize the language competence as sufficient for undertaking studies in Polish is 3.

The score obtained in the language proficiency assessment is not included in the final admission score.
