About the studies

The postgraduate program “Management for Judges” is designed to develop managerial competencies in areas essential to the effective functioning of the justice system, particularly in human resource management, strategic decision-making, work organization, communication, and leadership.

Program

Language of Instruction

The postgraduate programme is delivered entirely in Polish. Participants are therefore required to have a command of Polish sufficient to actively participate in classes, complete assignments and meet the programme requirements.

A candidate holding a higher education diploma issued outside Poland may enrol in the programme provided that their proficiency in Polish is confirmed by the Head of the Postgraduate Programme. Language proficiency is verified through one of the following methods: an admission interview conducted in Polish or submission of a document confirming Polish language proficiency at a minimum level of B2.

The program lasts two semesters and includes 170 hours of classes..

Participants complete a practical organizational project in teams, preparing for work in a real-world environment.

The program combines legal expertise with modern management tools, equipping participants with practical skills that enable them to perform court-related responsibilities more effectively.

Target Audience

The program is addressed directly to judges who hold managerial positions at various levels or aspire to take on such roles, as well as to judges interested in developing management skills to more effectively organize work within courts..

Tuition Fees

Tuition Fees for the Academic Year 2026/27

  • One-time payment for the full program: PLN 8,500

  • Two-installment option: PLN 4,350 per semester × 2

  • Installment plan: payment may be spread over eight installments


Information for Participants Whose Tuition Is Covered by Their Employer

  • Invoices are issued only after payment has been made.

  • In accordance with the signed agreement, once the tuition fee has been received, the University will issue an invoice to the Participant, indicating the funding entity (employer) as the payer.

  • Bank account number for payments made by the employer:

  • For individual payments, a personal bank account number is generated after the student’s enrollment in USOS (University Study-Oriented System).
