Dr Małgorzata Oleś-Filiks

An assistant professor at the Department of Management Information Systems at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. She graduated with distinction with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (WAT) in Warsaw, specializing in Information Management Support, and completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw in the Department of Management Information Systems.

Dr. Oleś-Filiks is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Finance and Accounting. She is the author of over 25 scientific publications and has extensive experience in project management (including virtual teams) in the area of business process management and management information systems. She has presented her work at more than 25 scientific conferences.

She is a member of the scientific association SpreadPage Initiative. She has many years of practical experience in the IT business sector on an international and global scale, participating in client digitalization projects.
