A doctoral student at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. She has gained her business and managerial experience in international companies in the FMCG, banking, and automotive sectors. She is characterized by a strategic approach combined with task operationalization, requiring both team building and the analysis and optimization of business performance. The development of innovation and its commercialization is one of her main areas of focus, as she acts as a mentor and consultant for startups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. She develops marketing teams based on interdisciplinarity and digitalization.
