The growing importance of data-driven environments means that organizations increasingly need experts who can combine technical, analytical, and managerial competencies.
Effective implementation of data-driven solutions can lead to up to a 20% increase in operating profit through automation and the use of artificial intelligence.
This program directly addresses real market needs, including digital transformation, process optimization, and improved operational efficiency.
The studies last two semesters and include 164 hours of classes.
The program provides advanced and up-to-date knowledge on the use of data, modern technologies, and ethical challenges in management.
Participants gain practical skills in data analysis, AI implementation, and business process optimization using the latest tools.
The studies develop leadership competencies and the ability to collaborate effectively and manage teams in a digital environment.
Completion of the program is based on passing final examinations in three modules: competencies, team, and technologies.

The program develops leadership competencies and interdisciplinary teamwork skills, enabling graduates to effectively manage people, build a data-driven organizational culture, implement innovation, and make strategic decisions while respecting ethical values.
The studies support the development of key future-ready competencies, such as adaptability, creativity, the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, and openness to innovation.
Tuition Fees for the Academic Year 2025/26
One-time payment for the full program: PLN 11,000
Two-installment option: PLN 5,750 per semester × 2
Installment plan: payment may be spread over eight installments
Invoices are issued only after payment has been received.
In accordance with the signed agreement, once the tuition fee has been paid, the University will issue an invoice to the Participant, indicating the funding entity (employer) as the payer.

For individual payments, a personal bank account number is generated after the student’s enrollment in USOS (University Study-Oriented System).
