Framework of the workshop program:
- Building safety within the group and understanding the group process
- Application of basic training techniques (contracting, rounds, personal experience and its discussion, role-playing, pair work, field games, projective techniques, guided fantasy, energizing and integration exercises)
- The role of a leader and organization in promoting mental well-being
- Self-organization relationship (assertive communication)
- Relationship with oneself (self-compassion, internal monologue, supportive and unsupportive beliefs, personal resources, self-regulation, and mindfulness techniques)
The workshop is aimed at anyone conducting classes, workshops, and training sessions for students in business-related schools (i.e., lecturers, educators, and doctoral students). We invite both individuals with experience in conducting psychosocial skills workshops and those who would like to incorporate workshop elements into their teaching practice.
