AI Summer School 2026: Artificial Intelligence in Contemporary and Future Management, Entrepreneurship and Society is an international summer school organised by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with an international team of researchers representing leading academic institutions. The programme focuses on an interdisciplinary analysis of the role of artificial intelligence in management sciences and the broader field of social sciences, covering key areas such as management, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, and law. The summer school addresses current research, regulatory, and societal challenges arising from the dynamic development of AI technologies and their growing impact on organisations, markets, and public institutions.

The Summer School will take place from 23 to 30 May 2026 at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, with supplementary online sessions preceding the on-site component. The programme comprises 70 academic hours, delivered in English, and is designed as an intensive learning experience. Its academic structure integrates expert lectures, methodological workshops, research seminars, and team-based work conducted in the capstone format, aimed at synthesising the theoretical and methodological knowledge acquired across all thematic modules.

AI Summer School 2026 is implemented by the University of Warsaw as part of the SPINAKER – Intensive International Education Programmes, administered by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). The SPINAKER programme supports the internationalisation of Polish higher education institutions through the development of high-quality educational programmes delivered in cooperation with international academic partners. The Summer School aligns with the objectives of the programme by strengthening the international visibility of the University of Warsaw and enhancing the research competencies of participants in areas of strategic importance for the development of social sciences and management in the context of digital transformation.

The programme is addressed to PhD candidates, early-career researchers, and academic staff holding a doctoral degree, representing foreign universities and research institutions. A total of 30 participants will be selected through a competitive recruitment process conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency, equal treatment, and non-discrimination.
