The Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw has been a proud partner of the EIT Food MFS programme for many years, educating students in innovation and the commercialization of solutions within the food sector.

Once again, our students actively participated in the summer entrepreneurship school in Barcelona, where they developed innovations aimed at transforming the quality, safety, and accessibility of food across the global supply chain.

It was two weeks filled with intensive learning, international inspiration, and personal growth.

Students worked on new product concepts and commercialization models in the following areas:
• Eco-friendly packaging
• High-protein insect flour
• Consumer sugar intake control
• Food for children
• Food for women during menopause
• Sustainable, locally produced snacks – designed to not only taste great but also support balanced vitamin intake and sustainable nutrition.

The EIT MFS programme offers a unique development path for those who want to make a real impact on the future of the entire food and nutrition system.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the ideas developed will meet with market success and recognition for their creators!

The EIT Food Master in Food Systems programme is coordinated at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, under the leadership of Dr. hab. Agnieszka Wiśniewska.
