Description of the programme

Second-cycle studies in the field of People Management using AI prepare students for effective management of teams in an environment where collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence plays a key role. The programme combines knowledge in management, work psychology, and new technologies, developing skills in using AI in HR processes and decision-making.

Students learn to analyse changes in the labour market, design modern working environments, and act in a responsible and conscious way in a dynamic organisational environment.

During your studies, you will explore topics related to team management in an environment where artificial intelligence plays a key role, including leadership and collaboration involving AI systems. You will learn to understand the differences between human and artificial intelligence and apply them in management practice and communication.

You will gain knowledge in diagnosing employee potential, career management, and the use of AI in HR processes. You will also learn how to analyze labor market trends such as automation, employee experience personalization, and the development of new employment models.

The programme also covers topics related to adapting to change, designing modern work environments, and the ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence in organizations.
