On November 29, 2023 (09:30-13:00), the University of Warsaw is organizing, together with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology Health (EIT Health), an event called: EIT Health Morning Health Talks. This is a cyclical meeting of experts organized in the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme – RIS countries (https://eithealth.eu/morning-health-talks/) by EIT Health InnoStars. This year, the host of this 1-day event was the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw (Center for Socially Responsible Innovation)
EIT Health Morning Health Talks (MHT) is a series of events initiated to stimulate discussion on the most pressing innovative healthcare topics and to create a networking environment for people thinking and acting in the field of healthcare in Central, Eastern and Southern Europe.
Over the past three years, local communities across Europe’s progressive regions have taken a closer look at some of the specific healthcare and innovation issues that were key to their regional ecosystems, while bringing together regional leaders to help map best practices and common challenges around digital solutions in the field of health. All regions are facing increasing demands for delivering health services to patients, and many digital technologies are helping to meet these needs.
Local Morning Health Talks present the prospects for developing digital health ecosystems in regions considered moderate and modest innovators in Europe and covered by the EIT Regional Innovation Programme.
