Another edition of the Project Management postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, has come to an end. The programme concluded with excellent final project presentations, during which participants showcased the results of their work.

This year’s projects represented two distinct areas:

  • a commercial project involving the construction of four semi-detached residential buildings, each comprising two housing units;
  • a social project entitled Second Act – Care Across Generations, which proposed the creation of an employment intermediary model supporting the professional activation of people of retirement age in Warsaw’s childcare sector.

Despite their different subject matter and objectives, both projects demonstrated a thoughtful approach to planning change and managing responsibility, as well as to analysing stakeholders, risks, resources and the actual needs of their target groups.

We congratulate the project teams on their excellent final presentations and wish them every success in further developing and implementing their concepts.

We would like to thank Prof. Agnieszka Postuła, Head of the Project Management postgraduate programme, for her commitment to delivering the programme and supporting the participants of this edition.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the project supervisor, Prof. Aleksander Chrostowski, for his academic guidance, expertise and support throughout the preparation of the final projects.
