Assistant Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management Systems, Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw

She holds a PhD in Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences and works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management Systems at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. She teaches courses including Organizational Consulting, Organizational Research Methods, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Design, and Management Processes and Structures in Corporations.

Main Research Areas

Her research focuses on the economics of education, human capital, and the labor market. Her current academic interests center on the competitiveness of higher education institutions, with particular emphasis on higher education systems in Poland and Ukraine.

Her research includes:

  • analysis of competitiveness factors,
  • evaluation of university effectiveness,
  • conditions influencing university development in the context of reforms,
  • and analysis of the consequences of the war in Ukraine for both the Ukrainian and Polish higher education systems.

She is the author of more than 70 scientific publications. 📚
