He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and obtained his PhD in 2009 at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), at the Department of Corporate Finance, with a dissertation on corporate debt securities.
For over 29 years, he has been working on issues related to corporate management in the area of finance, in particular accounting, management accounting, cash management, financial liquidity, financial risk, and external financing. He combines academic work with business practice. He is a long-term practitioner, having worked in finance departments across the fuel, transport, transmission, media, manufacturing, financial, HoReCa, machinery production, and packaging industries. Recently, he has focused in particular on corporate restructuring through detailed analysis and examination of accounting records. He implements automation and digitalization processes in accounting within enterprises. He has experience working with accounting and ERP systems such as SAP, Infor LN, Comarch, and Symfonia. He lectures at economic universities in the field of accounting and corporate management.
He is a member of the Association of Accountants in Poland, the Polish Corporate Treasurers Association, and IPMA – International Project Management Association Poland.
He is an expert in cash management and financial liquidity management.
