Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 4 (GETM4) is an international, interdisciplinary research and innovation project funded by the EU Horizon Europe program and the Ministry of Education of South Korea, with a total budget of €1.5 million over four years. GETM4 builds upon and expands the GETM3 project (H2020-MSCA-RISE, decision no. 734824), which was implemented between 2017 and 2022 under the Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (Horizon 2020) program.

Who are we?

We are a community of educators and researchers who have been working with students, graduates and employers to explore how universities can help ensure a better alignment between the expectations of employers and employees by capitalising on the latent entrepreneurial talents seen in graduates across the globe.

We are now looking to expand this work by building a wider network to consider the role of academia in supporting the development of creative confidence with entrepreneurial agency for responsible and respectful innovation in areas such as health and wellbeing, social innovation, environmental sustainability, and digital resilience.

Our Multidimensional Research Approach

Our research is structured around four key dimensions:

  • Transnational
  • Transectorial
  • Transgenerational
  • Transdisciplinary

We engage experts in business & management, law, information systems, computer science, political science, education, sociology, psychology, and economics.

Through staff exchanges, our researchers explore how entrepreneurial talent management can adapt to support sustainable careers in a digitalized work context, helping employers respond to both disruption and emerging opportunities.

Recognizing the significant changes since our previous project, GETM3, our future research will focus on the impact of the shift towards digitally-mediated work, study, and collaboration. This shift has transformed how we approach entrepreneurial talent and its potential to drive positive change.

Join us in our journey to leverage entrepreneurial talent for a healthier and more dynamic digital workplace. Explore our research and collaborations to understand how we are making a difference across continents and sectors.
