A guide dedicated to mental health care and building psychological resilience has been created at the University of Warsaw. The publication was prepared as part of the ongoing UW campaign “Your Mind – Your Strength,” carried out by the UW Psychological Support Center. The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and to promote well-being within the entire academic community.
Each of us has an influence on how we feel and how we cope with everyday challenges. Building psychological resilience begins with small steps and developing healthy habits.
The newly published guide includes practical tips on how to:
- cope with stress,
- regulate emotions,
- take care of relationships,
- rest and reduce overstimulation,
- build daily habits that support well-being.
The publication is available free of charge in electronic form.
A printed version will be released at the end of November.
