Students of the Master in Food Systems programme at the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Management took part in the FEAST Summer School in Barcelona.
From 30 June to 9 July, an international academic community representing six European universities participated in an intensive programme focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, business ethics and sustainable development in the food sector.
Each team presented a project developed around a business model, together with a comprehensive plan for its implementation in a selected market. Perhaps these ideas will encourage children to enjoy vegetables hidden in baked treats, while helping others achieve ‘better lives through food’.
