Dear Graduates,

We warmly invite you to the official Graduation Ceremony celebrating the completion of another academic year at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.

Registration via the form

Registration for the Graduation Ceremony 2026 is required. Please complete the registration form to confirm your participation.

Attention! Registration for the Graduation Ceremony is open until June 22, 2026, inclusive. After this date, it will no longer be possible to register for the ceremony.

The Ceremony

The ceremony will take place on 26 June 2026 at 10:00 AM in the sports hall. We cordially invite all interested graduates to join us for this special occasion.

Please remember to arrange the rental of a graduation gown (20 PLN each) and the purchase of a graduation cap (30 PLN each). We also kindly ask all participants to dress appropriately for the formal nature of the event.

Additionally, this year all participants will receive a complimentary Faculty of Management wristband, granting access to the entire celebration, including the picnic attractions and catering area.

Graduation gowns and caps can be collected from 7:30 AM in the Faculty cloakroom (level -1, Building C). We kindly ask you to arrive on time, as more than 400 participants are expected and the distribution process may take some time. After the official ceremony, gowns should be returned to the cloakroom.

At 9:15 AM, a short rehearsal will take place and attendance is mandatory. The rehearsal will help ensure the smooth running of the ceremony and provide important organizational information.

Seating during the ceremony

Seats for graduates will be located on the main floor of the sports hall. Each seat will be assigned individually and marked with the graduate’s name and the name of their thesis supervisor. We kindly ask participants to take only their designated seats. Changing seats will not be possible due to organizational and safety reasons.

If you cannot find a seat prepared with your name, please immediately contact the event staff, who will be available throughout the venue.

Graduates will be assigned to groups according to their supervisor’s surname. In the event of a supervisor’s absence, participants will be assigned to another group.

Guests and accompanying persons are invited to take seats in the stands or in the areas indicated by the organizers.

After the ceremony

The official part of the Graduation Ceremony is expected to last until approximately 12:00–12:30 PM. Afterwards, we warmly invite all graduates, families, friends, and guests to join the graduation picnic.

Access to the catering area will be available for individuals wearing the Faculty of Management wristband. Complimentary wristbands for graduates and accompanying guests (up to 2 people, according to the registration form) can be collected from 7:30 AM at the gown and cap distribution point.

Wristbands can also be collected in advance from 23 June at the Faculty of Management Promotion Office, room C007.
