Studies description 

The GlobalMBA (International Management and Intercultural Communication – Global MBA) is a unique program offering graduate students the opportunity to combine intensive classroom study with residential experiences in four countries: Germany, Poland, Sth. Korea and the United States.

Program structure

Students study at:

  • Technische Hochschule Köln (TH Köln) – University of Applied Sciences ( Germany ) – 1st semestr (please note: from next year edition (2025/26) TH Köln will be replaced with the University of Wuppertal, also in Germany)
  • Faculty of Management University of Warsaw (Poland) – 2nd semester
  • Asian part – summer business visit in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • University of North Florida – College of Business Administration (UNF, USA) – 3rd semester

Until the end of the current program edition students receive the MBA title from the University of North Florida and a European Master of Intercultural Communication issued together by the University of Warsaw and the Technische Hochschule Köln (TH Köln) – University of Applied Sciences.

In the 2025/26 edition UW will issue its own MA diploma plus the previously mentioned MBA from UNF.

Tuition Fees

Per the terms of the exchange agreements, GlobalMBA students pay tuition and fees only at their home institutions. Students admitted to the GlobalMBA program by the University of Warsaw pay a tuition fee of EUR 2,100.

Moreover, all students pay $1,300 USD at the beginning of the program that subsidizes a variety of student-focused activities. This payment is designed to help cover costs associated with student programming (e.g., thesis and cultural workshops, alumni networking events, business and cultural visits, etc.) The total GlobalMBA $1,300 payment provided by students to the consortium may be allocated in different amounts to different institutions, depending on the institutions’ individual programming costs.

Each university in the consortium selects a small group of students who will function as a cohort throughout the GlobalMBA. The cohort, of approximately thirty students, will study together, spending one term at each institution. The curriculum includes courses in the international aspects of each business discipline, in addition to courses on intercultural communication and international business environments.

The experience and knowledge that GlobalMBA students gain by living, studying, and learning about four perse countries, working closely with the international students in the program, and improving their foreign language skills will prepare them for exciting careers in international business.

Ten students are selected by each of three Universities, so together it makes approx. 30 GlobalMBA  students. They are attending together the classes for 1,5 year. Below, you can see
